No. All course purchases are final.

Quizzes: A passing score of 70% is required on the quizzes to move on to the final exam. The quizzes are designed to prepare you for finals with detailed answer explanations. Finals: Must pass with 70% or higher. Two attempts (Original + Retake). You can use the books to pass the final exams.

If you don’t pass the final exam on your second attempt, you’ll need to retake all the quizzes for that course. After that, there’s a short waiting period (based on the course’s credit hours) before you can try the final exam again. For example, a 3-hour course requires a 3-hour wait. This gives you time to review the material and feel more prepared for your next attempt!

No. Complete all 45 hours first. You should start well in advance of your expiration date so there aren’t any delays and surprises.

Avoid costly late fees by renewing your real estate license on time. Late renewals within two years of expiration will result in a $525 fee for salespeople and a $675 fee for brokers, significantly higher than the on-time rates. While you can renew within this two-year grace period without retaking the licensing exam, you are prohibited from practicing real estate during this time. If you fail to renew within two years, your license will expire permanently, and you will be required to retake the real estate licensing exam and requalify. To avoid these penalties and ensure uninterrupted practice, we strongly recommend renewing your license on time.

This is super rare, but you might want to just mail it in and get proof of mailing so that it is postmarked on time. Please don’t wait until the date of expiration to do this - save the stress!
